Growers
From the 2027 season
Independent growers at the producer sites join under a signed membership contract. The land stays theirs.

One set of rules
From the 2027 season
A list of allowed pesticides, fixed doses, and a waiting period before harvest. Every spray and every fertiliser is recorded with a field officer.

Internal checks

Every grower is audited internally each season.

Testing
From the 2027 season
One sample per grower lot, analysed by an accredited laboratory in Egypt: . A lot passes only if every residue is at or below half the applicable EU level and nothing banned is detected.

Lot integrity
From the 2027 season
Lots are sealed and numbered. The lot that was tested is the lot that ships, and the packed lot is tested again before it leaves.

Documents with every shipment
From the 2027 season
The laboratory report, a traceability record back to grower and plot, the specification sheet, and for fresh produce the phytosanitary certificate.
From the 2027 season: a drying and packing station for the group.
From the 2027 season, outside auditors will audit the group.
